Cookies and similar technologies used by Workio.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB — work in the same way: they let a site keep small pieces of data inside your browser. In this policy we use "cookies" to mean all of these.
These are required for the site to work and do not require your consent.

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate use of the website (page views, navigation paths, country at city-level resolution). IP addresses are anonymised before any further processing.

If you reject analytics — or never make a choice — GA4 stays in Consent Mode v2: no analytics cookie is stored, and only a small cookieless ping is sent to Google. You can change your mind at any time by clicking Review cookie preferences.
We do not use any. No advertising network, no Facebook Pixel, no marketing pixel — on this site or in the app.
The Android app does not use cookies. It stores its data — your business profile, customers, documents, settings — locally inside its private application sandbox, on your device. Nothing of that data is uploaded anywhere unless you explicitly use a cloud feature, in which case see the Privacy Policy.
The website loads its CSS, JavaScript and webfont assets from public CDNs (jsDelivr and Google Fonts). These CDNs may log basic technical information for security and abuse prevention (IP address, browser type) but they do not set tracking cookies on this site. We do not pass them any identifier about you.

You can also delete the workio_lang, workio_cookie_consent and any _ga* entries through your browser's "Clear site data" / "Cookies and storage" menu. The next visit will then start fresh.
If we introduce new cookies we will update this page and the "last updated" date. Material changes — such as introducing a new category of cookie — will be flagged on the home page and require fresh consent where the law demands it.
